We ship orders nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 1–3 business days.
Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain amount (as announced on our website).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status online.

6. Delays and Responsibility

While we ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
