Return & Refund Policy

At Robonation Pakistan, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Software, downloadable items, or digital codes.

  • Consumables such as adhesives, solder wire, or batteries (unless defective on arrival).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective or incorrect items, Robonation Pakistan will cover the return shipping cost.
